Abstract
This paper presents a syntactic review of theoretical, conceptual and instrumental developments of the process, planning, thinking and strategic direction. It also exposes an evolution synopsis of the different perspectives, approaches and methodologies proposed for the formulation of the strategy, as well as the critical ideas that have emerged in the last decades around models of planning, direction, thought, planning and process strategic, with the purpose of support, from the synthesis of the theories that are exposed the construction of a model of strategic management, which is intended as a central objective of this work, where decision making for leaders, businessmen, strategists, managers, or executives, are aimed to meet and are emerging with the purpose of achieving organizational objectives and goals.
