Abstract
This essay aims to analyze migratory flows return of Mexicans who were working in the United States and now in their return to their home, they try to reintegrate into employment activity in urban-metropolitan contexts. Given this, return migration will be analyzed from the theoretical perspective and its link with the approach of reemployment within the metropolitan geography to join your local economy. It will identify how working conditions are in their local areas from which they departed. Moreover, the results are set around the mechanism reemployment permanently, it is the urban-metropolitan spaces of people who decided to take transportation to another latitude and intentionality of governments to incorporate economic activity in instead of return.
