Abstract

This research is based on student assessment of systemic generic competencies defined by the Tuning project, analyzing areas of knowledge according to the classification proposed by the Accreditation Board for Engineering Education. Through mathematical models to obtain least squares that relate the variables that make up the competition Learning Process. The student believes that teachers who teach subjects in the area of Applied Engineering only 46.9% have this competition, however in interpersonal skills and cultural value percentages are very similar between areas of knowledge. One of the best mathematical models is obtained where the response variable was the teacher uses in class useful examples and causal variables are integrates theory and practice and the teacher knows how to transmit their knowledge.
