Wages, approval in the tax bases of income tax and imss, proposal to reform the 27th article of the law of social security and the derogation of the 32nd article from the same law

Abstract

In Mexico speaking about taxes is very complex since this topic is synonym of abuse, this comparison lies mainly on the ways they are implemented, besides the facts mentioned. Our country along its history had suffered from a lack of a true social policy, however, there are some emerging efforts to correct the necessity on the plaint that exist and that is demanded by the population, thought, those actions on labor and social matters have been reduced and if we analyze the conditions that exist nowadays in these two items the statistics and results that we obtain are a little catastrophic. This article aims the has as principal objective: the analysis, evaluation, and determination of the social and economic impact on the labor relations if it is approved the proposal to reform the 27th article of the law of social Security (LSS) and the derogation of the 32nd article from the same law.
