Abstract
The evolution of artificial intelligence is closely linked to technological development, which has driven the adaptation of various professional fields and everyday activities to these innovations. Generative artificial intelligence is increasingly being incorporated into multiple professional processes; however, many people still do not fully understand its scope and potential. The objective of this article is to propose a kit, protocol, or guide that facilitates its efficient use by identifying tools applicable to the daily activities of lawyers and outlining the steps required for their implementation. To achieve this, sources such as UNESCO, Retana, and the University of Buenos Aires were reviewed in order to analyze recommendations from various authors regarding the responsible use of this technology. The findings indicate that artificial intelligence can be a valuable tool for improving professional efficiency when it is used under human supervision and with proper training.
